Shipping

Karu ships via DHL or FedEx mail with insurance. If an alternate method of shipping is preferred, please contact us at: studio@karu.design.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.

Items readily available are processed and shipped within 2-5 working days, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

Once an item has shipped, Karu assumes no responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. All claims should be filed with the shipping service provider used and not with Karu. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, Karu is not responsible and will not issue a refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are unsatisfied with your new purchase, you may return the items within 14 days for exchange or store credit. To make a return, please email us with your original order number to let us know and mail the item back to us within 14 days of purchase. Please note: buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. 

We want to make sure you are confident in your purchases. Should you have any further questions or would like more specific measurements on an item, please send an email to studio@karu.design. 

A kind reminder that all items are vintage and natural signs of wear should be expected. Any imperfections will be noted to the best of our ability in the product description.
